It is usual for us not able to copy protected, damaged or partly corrupted files from computer. While we backup and transfer personal data, some files which is partly corrupted will also cause the whole copying process to abort.
Playable video files with some corrupt or bad sector area could also cause the whole media file unable to perform copy or transfer.
How do we correct this copy error? And bypass whatever copy protected or partly damaged file successfully. We are going to explore some free tools to help you achieve your desired option.
Copying Damaged Corrupted Files
BadBlocked FileCopier is a free and useful application to make it possible to copy damaged and corrupted files or folders. This freeware is very lightweight, easy to configure and with user friendly interface which makes copying task and troubleshooting much easier than it looks.
You may also select copying speed, method, priority and its copying block size to maximize the copy performance through the freeware option tab. With this soft, you can even set your PC to shutdown once your copying task is done while copying large files.
BadBlocked FileCopier allows copying of normal and uncorrupted files as well which I should recommend as you can make use of its many copying functions and features.
This useful freeware was initially developed in 2007. I recently tested it with Windows 7, to my amaze it works completely fine.
